Our primary goals in collecting personally identifiable information are to provide you with the products and services made available through Mobile Photo Viewer, to communicate with you, and to manage your registered user account, if you have one.
When you become a registered user, we will ask you for certain personally identifiable information. This refers to information about you that can be used to contact or identify you ("PII or Personal Information"). Personal Information may include, but is not limited to, your name, phone number, email address, certain information related to your mobile account, and home or business postal addresses, and if applicable, payment information. You may also submit additional Personal Information in the course of using Mobile Photo Viewer that you may choose to add in your profile.
We also collect other information that you provide at registration and in the course of using Mobile Photo Viewer that cannot be used to identify you (including, for example, but not limited to, your zip code, gender, time zone, wireless carrier, handset type, or viewing preferences) ("Non-Identifying Information"). Some Non-Identifying Information would be considered a part of your Personal Information if it were combined with other identifiers (for example, combining your zip code with your street address) in a way that enables you to be identified. However, the same information remains Non-Identifying Information when it is taken alone or combined only with other non-identifying information.
We use your Personal Information (in some cases, in conjunction with your Non-Identifying Information) mainly to provide Mobile Photo Viewer, complete your transactions, and administer your inquiries. We may aggregate your information with information collected from other Mobile Photo Viewer users in order to understand how Mobile Photo Viewer is used, and to improve the quality and value of Mobile Photo Viewer.
We may share aggregated information derived from your Personal Information, Non-Identifying Information and Log Data with third parties for industry analysis and demographic profiling and to deliver targeted advertising about other products and services. We may also use your information without aggregating it to serve you personally with your consent (for example, to deliver a product to you according to your individual preferences).
Mobile Photo Viewer Users We provide an exciting way to share photos and communicate with your network of friends and contacts (your "Network"). At your request, Mobile Photo Viewer will collect your call logs, SMS (as defined below) records and certain other information pertaining to your mobile account, including but not limited to information about your geographic region, mobile plan and handset, (your "Mobile Information") from your mobile service provider ("Mobile Service Provider") and display it to you and other Mobile Photo Viewer users. Among the tools that we offer, Mobile Photo Viewer allows you to annotate your Mobile Information by inserting the names, pictures and other details ("Contact Information") of the persons corresponding to the telephone numbers listed in your Mobile Information.
To be able to access your Mobile Information, Mobile Photo Viewer may require login information to access your wireless account (your "Login Information"). Login Information will be used by Mobile Photo Viewer exclusively for obtaining your Mobile Information. By providing your Login Information to Mobile Photo Viewer, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to permit us to use your Login Information on your behalf and you hereby authorize and appoint us as your agent to use your Login Information to obtain your Mobile Information.
Invite a Friend If you choose to use our invitation service to tell your Network about our site, we will send your contacts a text message in your name inviting them to visit the site share photos with you. Mobile Photo Viewer will not allow a user to send more than three invites to the same person over a one year period.
Service Providers and Business Partners We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to us, including, without limitation, hosting and maintenance, customer relationship, database storage and management communication services through SMS, and direct marketing campaigns. These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
The Company does supplement the data it collects with additional data received from third party sources, such as with data from Mobile Service Providers.
We may also provide Personal Information to our business partners or other trusted entities for the purpose of providing you with information on goods or services we believe will be of interest to you unless you opt out at the time of registration. You can, at any time, opt out of receiving such communications.
Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement We cooperate with government and law enforcement officials or private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We may disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims or legal process (including subpoenas); to protect the property and rights of Mobile Photo Viewer or a third party; to protect the safety of the public or any person; to prevent or stop any illegal, unethical, or legally actionable activity; or to comply with the law.
Business Transfers We may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of our assets, including your personally identifiable information, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, or in the event of bankruptcy. We will notify you before transferring your information to a new entity as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of some or all of our assets if the new entity's processing of your information will materially differ from that set forth in this Privacy Policy.
As part of Mobile Photo Viewer, our users may communicate with each other as well as with non-registered users through use of their accounts. The email or SMS messages users create on Mobile Photo Viewer will be sent from Mobile Photo Viewer on their behalf. Contact information for non-registered users will be stored on Mobile Photo Viewer in a user's account and will only be visible to those users who have also been in contact, as indicated by their Mobile Information, with the same non-registered users.
We may provide the means through which you can receive messages on your phone or wireless device via short message service ("SMS Service") or wireless internet ("WAP Services"). We may also make available content and versions of Mobile Photo Viewer available via WAP and mobile phone service. If you subscribe to one of our SMS, WAP or mobile services, you thereby agree to receive such service at the address you provide for such purposes. Such messages may come from us, or from third parties who we believe may have goods or services of interest to you (unless you have elected not to receive such messages).
You understand that your Mobile Service Provider's standard rates may apply to these messages, and that you may opt-out of receiving them by logging in and going to Edit Settings -> Notification Settings and checking the box that says "Turn off all SMS notifications". You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the wireless device you use to sign up for Mobile Photo Viewer, and that you are authorized to approve the applicable charges.
If you are a registered Mobile Photo Viewer user, or your information has been provided by a Mobile Photo Viewer user, you may review, update, correct, or delete the Personal Information in Your Profile by logging into your account, your settings, and updating your account, or emailing us at support@mobilephotoviewer.com. If you completely delete all such information, then your account may become deactivated. If you would like us to delete your record in our system, please contact us and we will attempt to accommodate your request if we do not have any legal obligation to retain the record.
If you are not a Mobile Photo Viewer user, you may email us at privacy@mobilephotoviewer.com to request a "global unsubscribe," which will ensure that your phone number or other Personal Information associated with your phone number is not included anywhere on our site.
When you visit the Mobile Photo Viewer site, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your IP address, your browser type, the domain from which you are visiting, the web pages you visit, the search terms you use, and any advertisements on which you click. For most users accessing the Internet from an Internet service provider, the IP address will be different every time you log on. We use Log Data to monitor the use of Mobile Photo Viewer, and for the technical administration of the Mobile Photo Viewer site.
We use a third-party tracking service that uses cookies to track non-personally identifiable information about visitors to our site in the aggregate to track usage and volume statistics to improve our Web site.
Like many websites, we also use "cookie" technology to collect additional website usage data and to improve Mobile Photo Viewer. We are very concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your personally identifiable information. We employ industry standard administrative, physical, and electronic measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access.
When you enter your phone number, carrier and password during registration or when updating, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).

Mobile Photo Viewer is not directed to children. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with personally identifiable information without their consent, he or she should contact us at privacy@mobilephotoviewer.com. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personally identifiable Information, we will delete such information from our files.
